Year after year, PPLA Food Fare delivers some of the best eats in Los Angeles to Planned Parenthood Los Angeles (PPLA) supporters and culinary enthusiasts, all under one roof. This year’s Food Fare is returning to Santa Monica’s Barker Hangar on Thursday, March 2, 2017 and will honor Clementine’s Annie Miler as its annual Chef of the Year.

Named “the most eclectic fundraising food fest you’ve never heard of” by LA Weekly, Food Fare is known for challenging over 100 chefs, restaurants and caterers to bring on their A-game in epicurean categories such as comfort, fusion, desserts and more. Food Fare participants bring everything from customer favorites to chef’s choice and even some off-menu items, with some dishes exclusive to the event. Every year, attendees rejoice in the selection and quality of the gourmet food and drink samples at Food Fare.

PPLA Food Fare is Los Angeles’ most highly anticipated annual foodie event. On Thursday, March 2, 2017, this gastronomic affair will showcase over 100 of Southern California’s best chefs, restaurants, caterers, wineries, breweries and retail merchants, as well as great raffle prizes and an amazing silent auction. Food Fare is PPLA’s largest fundraising event of the year, with proceeds benefiting its vital health care and education programs. There is uncertainty ahead of us, and the country, and Planned Parenthood health centers may face renewed attacks. But one thing is certain – Planned Parenthood’s doors stay open–no matter what, so that everyone can access health care in a safe and welcoming place.
