Del Taco is breaking down breakfast walls and making the most important meal of the day EPIC again with the launch of its BIGGEST breakfast menu item yet, the Huevos Rancheros Epic Burrito. After months of testing, the new breakfast burrito will delight early birds everywhere stopping by their neighborhood Del Taco locations beginning this Thursday, March 23.
Weighing in at over a pound, this EPICALLY proportioned burrito is an authentic Mexican dish made portable! Loaded with scrambled eggs, Mexican chorizo, roasted chile salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, pinto beans and fresh avocado wrapped in corn and flour tortillas, the Huevos Rancheros is easily the best breakfast burrito you can get at a drive-thru window!
The Huevos Rancheros Epic Burrito is one of five new items coming to the Del Taco menu as part of their innovative breakfast refresh. Additional new items include three new Breakfast Rollers (Picture Above) – an A.M. play on the brand’s popular Chicken Roller line – each available for a $1 on the Buck & Under value menu, as well as Simply Orange Juice.
The new menu items, available during breakfast hours only (11 p.m. to 11 a.m.*), include:
· Huevos Rancheros Epic Burrito: freshly-grilled Mexican chorizo sausage and fresh-grilled scrambled eggs, slow-cooked pinto beans made from scratch, roasted chile salsa, hand-sliced avocado, hand-grated Cheddar Cheese, sour cream and double wrapped in two warm corn tortillas and an oversized, warm flour tortilla
· Egg & Cheese Breakfast Roller: fresh-grilled scrambled eggs, hand-grated cheddar cheese, and zesty red sauce wrapped in a warm flour tortilla
· Chorizo Breakfast Roller: freshly-grilled Mexican chorizo sausage, fresh-grilled scrambled eggs, hand-grated cheddar cheese, and zesty red sauce wrapped in a warm flour tortilla
· Bacon Breakfast Roller: crispy bacon, fresh-grilled scrambled eggs, hand-grated cheddar cheese, and zesty red sauce wrapped in a warm flour tortilla
· Simply Orange Juice®: 100% pure squeezed pasteurized orange juice, never frozen or from concentrate
