Mr. C Beverly Hills’ will host its annual Easter Brunch Buffet ($125 per person; $35 for unlimited mimosas) and Children’s Egg Hunt on their pool deck and lush, Mediterranean-influenced grounds on Sunday, April 16 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
The buffet showcases Cipriani classics as well as Easter Sunday specials like housemade pastas, cheeses, custom omelets or frittatas, hand-sliced Prosciutto di Parma, two carving stations, a Bellini & Bloody Mary bar for the adults, and an ice cream & gelato trolley for the kids or kids-at-heart.
The event is accompanied by a live instrumental jazz band, and the Easter Bunny himself will make an appearance. This year, a few signature spa treatments from Mr. C Spa & Beauty will also be available poolside.
The contemporary-meets-classic Brentwood steakhouse Baltaire will be offering an indulgent Easter Brunch ($85 per person) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Executive Chef Travis Strickland has created a sophisticated but approachable brunch with offerings such as fresh pastries (banana bread, croissants, and muffins), eggs benedict with housemade English muffins, French toast with mixed berry compote, and Baltaire’s signature lobster mac’n’cheese.
Guests will also get to indulge in an extravagant iced shellfish station with fresh oysters, shrimp, scallop ceviche, and king crab; as well as a carving station with USDA Prime Rib, Glazed Nueske Spiral Ham, and Leg of Lamb. Bloody Mary carts will roam the restaurant, as well as the full brunch cocktail list being available including the Lavender Gin Fizz and Mezcal Sour. To bring the meal to a sweet end, special dessert options include housemade Easter cookies, Key Lime Pie, Lemon Meringue, Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie, Apple Crumble, and Salted Caramel Tarts.
