Southern California (El Pato) BBQ Sauce
Key ingredient in the Southern California Style Pulled Pork Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 ea El Pato (Mexican Hot Style) Tomato Sauce (original yellow 7.75 oz can)
½ Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Vinegar, apple cider
1 Tbsp Fish sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
1 ea Chipotle, in adobo
