Negroni Week at CUCINA

Negroni Week, happening June 5th – 11th, is a week-long celebration of the classic Italian cocktail and an effort to raise money for charity.

All CUCINA restaurants will feature a special menu of five takes on the Negroni, each one designed by the bar team at one of our locations, and we’ll donate $1 to one of two charity partners. For every sale of our ‘white negroni,’ ‘sparkling blood orange negroni’ or ‘king crimson,’ we will donate $1 to the Baja Dog Rescue in San Diego. For every sale of our ‘negroni spritz’ or ‘poco amargo,’ we will donate $1 to The Pet Rescue Center in Orange County. The more a cocktail is ordered, the more money raised for our charity partner.
