You don’t want to miss our Chefs Dinner on June 28th. In honor of the arrival of summer, Chef Eric has invited Chef Bryant of our partner restaurant, Chianina Steakhouse, for a delectable dining affair. Together, they will source seasonal ingredients from our local partner Farm Lot 59 to create the perfect merge of their best Italian-inspired dishes.
Chef Bryant Taylor’ specialty is classic dishes with Italian and French influences. Chianina was voted Best Steak in Long Beach by Press Telegram Readers Choice Awards 2017.
It’s a spontaneous evening– much like going to a friends’ home for dinner and not knowing what’s on the menu until it’s on your plate. Each month, our award-winning Chef Samaniego collaborates with a fellow chef to team up on a one-of-a-kind, five-course dinner. They visit the local farmers’ markets and Farm Lot 59 for fresh seasonal that will drive the creativity – and menu – of this one-of-a-kind dining experience.
