Join their in-house pastaia, Julia, as she teaches an intimate group how to make traditional Italian egg-based pasta dough, as well as lobster tortelli and handmade spaghetti alla chitarra, right in the Andrea pasta kitchen. Enjoy one hour of hands-on instruction followed by a delicious two-course lunch—made by you! These private classes are available Wednesdays through Saturdays at 11am.
