Michael’s on Naples is hosting an exclusive tasting of Prunotto Winery’s finest Piemonte wines.
Emanuele Baldi will be making an appearance to showcase Prunotto’s finest Italian wines, poured alongside an impressive prix-fixe dinner menu, which includes;
gamberi al pistacchio (gamberi, pistachio, celery root, pomegranate),
maiale al latte (milk-braised Beeler’s pork shoulder, creamy polenta),
agnolotti con vitello (veal-stuffed pasta with butter and sage),
guancia di manzo (braised beef cheeks, potato gratin, cardoons),
& torta di nocciola (hazelnut cake, salted caramel gelato)
