Saturday is St. Patrick’s Day, so in that vein, Chef John is whipping up some traditional fair. This special is old school and has comfort food written all over it!
Slow Cooked Corned Beef served with a hearty mix of Cabbage, Carrots, and Potatoes. Accompany that with some mustard and horseradish and there you go. You won’t even miss the green beer.
