Wine Dinner with the Wines from Moffett Vineyards

Trent Moffett is coming down from Oregon to host this dinner (He is actually down for a family trip to Disneyland but he has agreed to spend an evening with you and the staff of Delius. We are very fortunate!). His family-named winery produces a line of wines from Oregon and a line from Napa Valley.  They will be pairing wines from both lines with this menu.
