Chef Cycle Collaboration Dinner
(Pasadena, CA) – April 17th, 2018 – Travis Flood, Executive Chef at Alexander’s Steakhouse, Pasadena has assembled a 5-star group of chef friends for an epicurean extravaganza to raise money for Chefs Cycle’s ‘No Kid Hungry’ program. This foodie feast will be held on April 17th, 2018 from 5-9pm at Alexander’s Steakhouse, Pasadena, 111 North Los Robles Avenue, Pasadena, CA.
VIP tickets are $1000/per person which include VIP gift bags and a pre-dinner reception with passed bites like charred Blue Prawn/ A5 / crispy rice tater tot, Impossible Meatballs, and wood-roasted Island Creek oysters with Brittany seaweed butter and Ossetra caviar. To follow is a 6 course / 7 chef ensemble of incredible dishes like ceviche, gnocchi with lobster wasabi, Maine scallop with country ham and mustard seed and Cote de Boeuf from Flannery Beef. VIP event will begin promptly at 7 pm.
Tickets for the 6-course dinner only are available for $500/per person. There will be a silent auction throughout the evening with all proceeds benefiting No Kid Hungry.
The evening will feature fantastic local chefs including Travis Flood, Cole Dickinson, Hans Rockenwagner, Mary Sue Milliken, Josiah Citrin, Travis Strickland, Ellen Bennett and Brian Dunsmore.
These passionate Chefs Cycle members work every day to bring amazing food to the table in their restaurants and devote their spare time to the endeavor of bringing healthy food to as many kids as they can until no child goes hungry again.
