On May 7th, 2018, organizers of Dine LBC – Long Beach Restaurant Week have announced that registration is now open for restaurants wanting to participate in the annual citywide Restaurant Week event. Registration is $495 for individual restaurants, with discounts available for multi-unit concepts.
“Dine LBC – Long Beach Restaurant Week is more than a nine-day event featuring 70-plus restaurants,” says Terri Henry, founder and organizer of Dine LBC. “Since launching Dine LBC, we’ve been committed to supporting Long Beach’s valued restaurants with an advertising, marketing and PR campaign valued at over $750,000 to help put “butts in seats” during restaurant week and beyond.
Designed to increase sales and guest counts, participating restaurants offer a three course, value-oriented menu at a prince points ranging from $15 to $65 – not including a Chef’s Special Menu price point of $85 for fine dining concepts. Furthermore, restaurants can also enhance their menus with wine/beer pairings and premium menu item options for an additional charge; to promote an extensive city-wide food experience, Long Beach food-centric businesses such as ice creameries, pie shops, wine shops, chocolate shops and bakeries are also invited to participate during the event by offering Dine LBC specials during the event week at a registration fee of $225. Organizers are expecting more than eighty cafes, wine bars, gastropubs, upscale casual, and fine dining destinations to participate this year.
The event will take place between August 4th to 12th; the deadline for restaurants to register is June 30th.
