Summer Is Here At Bruno’s Italian Kitchen!

Brunos Italian Kitchen, the popular Italian restaurant located in Downtown Brea, will debut a new summer menu on Friday, July 6, offering a variety of new appetizers, pastas and entrees, drinks, and more!

New appetizers include the Summer Lettuce Salad made with grilled peaches, gorgonzola, pistachio and blackberry balsamic dressing;

Local Heirloom Tomato made with mozzarella burrata, fresh basil, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sea salt;

and the Hamachi Crudo made with sushi-grade yellowtail, summer melons, cucumber, radish and blood-orange vinaigrette.

Hamachi CrudoNew pastas and entrees include the Wild Boar Farfalle made with spicy Wild Boar sausage, bowtie pasta, broccolini, sweet peppers and pecorino chianti;

Wild Boar Farfalleand the Swordfish made with wild Pacific swordfish, sweet corn puree, grilled summer squash and zucchini and caper salsa verde.

For dessert, guests can enjoy the new Vanilla bean & Cardamom Panna Cotta made with honey figs and golden balsamic syrup.
