Summer Is Here At Bruno’s Italian Kitchen!
Brunos Italian Kitchen, the popular Italian restaurant located in Downtown Brea, will debut a new summer menu on Friday, July 6, offering a variety of new appetizers, pastas and entrees, drinks, and more!
New appetizers include the Summer Lettuce Salad made with grilled peaches, gorgonzola, pistachio and blackberry balsamic dressing;
Local Heirloom Tomato made with mozzarella burrata, fresh basil, extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sea salt;
and the Hamachi Crudo made with sushi-grade yellowtail, summer melons, cucumber, radish and blood-orange vinaigrette.
New pastas and entrees include the Wild Boar Farfalle made with spicy Wild Boar sausage, bowtie pasta, broccolini, sweet peppers and pecorino chianti;
and the Swordfish made with wild Pacific swordfish, sweet corn puree, grilled summer squash and zucchini and caper salsa verde.
For dessert, guests can enjoy the new Vanilla bean & Cardamom Panna Cotta made with honey figs and golden balsamic syrup.
