Greenleaf loves crafting dishes with the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients and creating a menu that captures the flavors and feels of the season. They have been hard at work creating a seasonal menu for summer 2018, and it is finally ready for you! Bursting with the bright, juicy flavors of summer you love and rich in ingredients that are cooling, hydrating, and fueling for the hot summer months.
Flower Power Salad: Heirloom tomatoes, watermelon, micro edible flowers, avocado, grapefruit, watermelon radish, baby red kale & butter lettuce with skinny lemon zest vinaigrette
Watermelon Gazpacho: Chilled puree of watermelon with roma tomato, red onion, garlic, bell pepper, basil & cucumber topped with fresh mint and avocado
Grilled Peach Salad: Grilled regier farms white peaches, wild baby arugula, herbed goat cheese, green onions, fresh basil & agave roasted walnuts with house-made peach balsamic vinaigrette and reduction
Ahi Poke Cups: Marinated ahi tuna poke with avocado and cucumber, seaweed salad, in butter lettuce with wasabi aioli
Caprese and Golden Beet Salad: Heirloom tomatoes, grilled golden beets, fresh mozzarella & basil drizzled with California organic extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic reduction, served with toasted garlic ciabatta
Blackened Ahi Sandwich: Marinated ahi tuna poke with avocado and cucumber, seaweed salad, in butter lettuce with wasabi aioli
