Anaheim’s new dim sum restaurant opened in late May at Farmers Park in the new Farm House building next to the Packing House. Offering a modern take on traditional Chinese fare, 18 Folds serves dim sum, dumplings and wok-fried dishes with draft beers all sourced from local Anaheim breweries. First-time visitors should try the prix fixe menu of the restaurant’s bestsellers that includes items like shu mai (pork and shrimp dumpling), Chinese broccoli and deep-fried spare ribs.
