The 370 Common space in Laguna is soon to be taken over by a new concept restaurant; Harley.
Harley Laguna Beach, the latest creation of Chef Greg Daniels opened on Thursday, November 8. Harley is a new restaurant in Laguna Beach focused on creative, seasonal menus backed up by real hospitality. This mission is demonstrated in all aspects of the project, from Daniels’ collaboration with local food producers to find the best and freshest meat, seafood, and vegetables in the area, to welcoming diners into the space, to carefully crafting and preparing the food, to a renewed focus on giving guests the best overall restaurant experience they’ve had in a long time.
Notable dinner menu items include:
• Rockfish ceviche with plantain, lime, chili, and coconut
• A grilled avocado served with avocado leaf and a grilled and grated pit,
lemon, and Terrace Hill olive oil
• Gonestraw Farms duck breast with fig mustard
• Wild boar loin with a coffee rub, grilled grapefruit, and oregano
• French cruller with a foie gras glaze, warm maple syrup, and berries
“I have had a lot of fun developing the Harley Laguna Beach menu,” explains Chef
Daniels. “We are focused on providing the best experience possible for our guests,
from how we welcome our guests to the food they eat – and I think we’ve kept an eye on innovation when it comes to the culinary side while returning to what I
would call ‘real hospitality’ which is rooted in kindness, warmth, and a focus on the
guest. I am so excited to welcome the community into Harley.”
Harley Laguna Beach serves dinner seven days a week starting at 4 p.m. and
brunch service will begin on Saturday and Sundays at 11 a.m. starting November 17.
A family-style to-go menu will also available nightly, and is schedule to launch in the
