On Wednesday, September 19th, Chef Geeta welcomes Chef Ricardo Zarate of Rosaliné, Los Angeles for an exclusive seven-course Peruvian-themed dinner, with pairings, at the Clay Oven. Chef Zarate was named Food & Wine’s Best New Chef in 2011 and since then has opened some of the finest Peruvian restaurants in Southern California.
