Habitat for Humanity Fundraiser Dinner

Chef Arthur Gonzalez and his beloved Roe Seafood in Long Beach, CA, will host four renowned Los Angeles chefs Dakota Weiss, Vartan Abgaryan, Rachel Haggstrom, Josh Graves, and Annabel Cohen for a guest-chef pop-up dinner on Tuesday, October 2 with all proceeds benefiting Habitat for Humanity Guatemala.

Each chef will create a special course for the decadent five-course prix-fixe menu with highlights including Pacifico Sea Bass Poke with Meyer lemon, black garlic, and crispy Brussels sprouts; Braised Oxtail and Foie Gras Corzetti Firsito with mustard frill and Verde Capra cheese sauce; and Pan Seared Diver Scallops with charred cauliflower flan, house made chorizo verde, and End of Season Grape “Pico.”

“I am honored and excited to bring such accomplished and talented chefs to the city of Long Beach while hosting an event that’s giving back to a wonderful cause like Habitat for Humanity,” said Chef Arthur Gonzalez. The evening will begin with a champagne toast from the chefs including Abgaryan of 71 Above, Weiss of Sweetfin Poké, Haggstrom of Balboa Bay Resort, and Cohen of Sunset Tower.
