The culinary team is creating a celebratory Four-Course Holiday Tasting Menu with a choice of Appetizers like Maine Lobster Bisque. Second Course options include Pumpkin Agnolotti and Pan-Seared Diver Scallop, and entrees are Mary’s Farm Turkey with traditional accompaniments, Slow-Roasted Beef Short Rib with polenta and glazed carrots or Pan-Seared Baja California Striped Bass. Tempting desserts will be prepared by Pastry Chef Lee Smith, offering Classic Pumpkin Pie or Fall Pears and Madagascar Dark Chocolate. A special holiday children’s menu will be available.
