Chef Sam’s Mignonette

Chef Sam’s Mignonette is a side served with oysters to give more flavor to the oyster.

Ingredients:

1/2 C     Shallots – minced

1/2 C     Red Wine Vinegar

pinch     Cracked Black Pepper

pinch     Tarragon – chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine. Steep overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
