An homage to childhood with an adult twist, this cocktail is perfectly sweet, with the zing of ginger beer and depth and complexity coming from the bourbon.

Ingredients:

2 oz    Woodford Bourbon

3 oz    Apple Cider

Ginger Beer

Directions:

1. Fill a copper mug with ice
3. Add Woodford Bourbon
5. Add Apple Cider
7. Top off with Ginger Beer
9. *optional
11. Bruleé an apple slice and add a cinnamon stick for garnish
