WHAT:
This holiday season the Queen Mary, the historic ocean liner turned hotel and attraction, is offering special holiday menus in all of her famous restaurants: Sir Winston’s, the Chelsea and the Promenade Cafe. The staff of award-winning chefs will prepare festive cuisine while guests enjoy fine wines and spirits, impeccable service and breathtaking views of the Long Beach coastline.

DETAILS:
In the Grand Salon, the ship’s original first-class dining area, guests can experience 50 unique global dishes at the nationally renowned Christmas Day Brunch. The Christmas Day brunch menu includes:

• Rise n Shine Station: Seasonal sliced fruit & berries, Vanilla yogurt, Homemade granola, Country potatoes, Corned beef hash, Applewood smoked bacon, Sausage links, Chicken Jalapeno andouille and bangers, Eggs Benedict, Huevos Rancheros, Freshly baked pastries, pancakes, waffles, and an omelet and eggs to order station.
• Carving Station: Prime rib with au jus, Pork Roast with Tangy Orange Sauce,  Rosemary marinated Turkey and gravy, Apple sage dressing, Candied sweet Potato casserole, Roasted Garlic Yukon gold mashed potatoes, and Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Maple Glazed Bacon
• Ocean Bounty Station: Chilled mussels, Clams, Cocktail shrimp, Alaskan Red King crab legs, Smoked Salmon, Whole Poached Salmon Serpentine, Freshly Shucked Oyster with lemon and horseradish sauce.
• California Bistro Station: Domestic & Imported Artisan Cheeses, Sunomono salad with Cucumbers, carrots and onions, Shanghai Chicken salad with cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, wonton strips, and sesame dressing
• Street Taco Station: Chicken Tinga, Carnitas Pastor, Beef Birria, Pico de gallo, Citrus slaw, Salsa molcajete, Onion, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Queso Fresco, Avocado Crema, Choice of corn or flour tortillas, Spanish rice, black beans.
• Asian Station: Sweet Garlic Shrimp, BBQ ribs, Yakisoba Noodles, Fried Rice
• Italian Station: Antipasto, Caesar and Caprese salad, Grilled vegetables, Tomato Florentine soup, Tortellini Carbonara, Penne pasta with San Marzano Tomato sauce and vegetables
• Patisserie Station: Chocolate & Red Velvet Yule Logs, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Truffles, Assorted Christmas Pies, California Fruit Tart, Cupcakes, Macaroons, Assorted Mini Cheesecake, Chocolate Raspberry Towers

At the Promenade Cafe, guests can delight in a traditional Christmas three-course meal for $34.00 per person.

The Promenade Cafe Christmas Eve pre-fixe menu includes:

• Choice of Clam Chowder or Promenade Autumn House Salad roasted pepitas, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and raspberry vinaigrette
• Choice of Brown Sugar Glazed Ham roasted new potatoes, glazed root vegetables, holiday dressing or Grilled Salmon Filletlemon butter, wild rice pilaf, glazed root vegetables
• Choice of Eggnog Creme Brulee with chantilly cream, berries or Dutch Apple Pie with caramel sauce and vanilla cream

The Promenade Cafe Christmas Day pre-fixe menu includes:

• Choice of Clam Chowder or Promenade Autumn House Salad roasted pepitas, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and raspberry vinaigrette
• Choice of Roasted Turkey Dinner with holiday dressing, giblet gravy, yukon potatoes, glazed root vegetables or Roasted Prime Rib with mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, glazed carrots and rosemary au jus
• Dessert includes Christmas Yule Log with Chantilly cream and berries

• Choice of Eggnog Creme Brulee with chantilly cream, berries or Peppermint Chocolate Bread Pudding with bourbon caramel

At Sir Winston’s Restaurant & Lounge, the Queen Mary’s award-winning dining experience features a five-course culinary extravaganza for $79.00 per person.
The Christmas Eve pre-fixe is served from 5:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. and includes:

• First Course – Roasted Sweet Potato Soup spiced pepitas
• Second Course –  Petite Greens and Baby Endive Salad golden raisins, candied walnut, mint vinaigrette
• Intermezzo – Pink Champagne Sorbet
• Main Course –  Roasted Prime Rib mashed potatoes, charred cream corn, asparagus, au jus or Vegetable Wellington truffle mash potato, grilled vegetables
• Dessert – Peppermint Chocolate Molten Lava cherry coulis or Red Velvet-Chocolate Ganache berry compote

The pre-fixe menu is served from 12:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. on Christmas Day and includes:

• First Course – Roasted Sweet Potato Soup roasted pepitas or Lobster Bisque crème fraiche
• Second Course – Arugula and Frizee Salad fig, cabrales cheese, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette or Petite Greens and Baby Endive Salad golden raisins, candied walnut, mint vinaigrette

• Main Course – Roasted Prime Rib mashed potatoes, creamed corn, glazed carrots, rosemary au jus or Crispy Skin Salmonroasted fingerling potato, winter vegetables, bacon corn coulis or Chicken Coq Au Vin cipollini onions, carrots, pee wee potatoes, red wine broth, herbs or Vegetable Wellington truffle mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables

Children can delight in a delectable three-course menu offering on Christmas Day. Menu items include:
