The evening highlights Raya’s Pan-Latin coastal cuisine with menu options like Crab Bisque Cappuccino with brandy cream, chive, and ancho dust; Sweet Soy Glazed Salmon with stir-fry quinoa, carrots, peas, onions, ginger, cilantro, and egg; and Bahibé Chocolate and Jasmine Torte with cocoa juice sorbet and hibiscus reduction.
