Chef to Farmer Challenge
Find Chef David of Pueblo Tapas in his chef’s coat at the SoCo Farmers’ Market Saturday 2/9 with a recipe created just for market shoppers that features seasonal finds from the market. He will be there to answer your questions and to provide tips on how to store, select and pair farm-fresh produce and rancher meats!
Farmer Mark’s Chef to Farmer program pairs neighborhood chefs with local farmers and encourages them to come up with seasonally inspired recipes based on what the farmer is growing that season.
