Chef Amy Lebrun is joining the Orange County brewery, The Bruery, to create an artfully crafted beer dinner. The dinner will be held at Lido Bottle Works in Newport Beach on March 13, 2019 and will cost $70 per person plus tax and gratuity. This beer dinner will include 5 courses that are all paired with a specially selected beer. The first course will include a dish of Rockfish paired with the Minor Miner Beer. The second course features a dish of Blackcod paired with The Bruery’s Mischief Beer. The third course will have venison paired with their Wether beer. The next course will have duck paired with their raspberry sour beer, The Bramble. For the last course, guests will enjoy a Hop ice cream float and apple cake with their Tripel Honey Kriek beer.
