On Saturday, April 27, at Pacific Food & Beverage Museum in San Pedro, Chef Christina Xenos will demonstrate how one might prepare dishes from—and sign copies of—Opa! The Healthy Greek Cookbook: Modern Mediterranean Recipes for Living the Good Life. After the program, enjoy samples of Chef Christina’s work, prepared with fresh fare from Melissa’s Produce, and sip a selection of fine Greek wines. Admission is free with RSVP.
