The Perfect Cup of Chai & Indian Tea Sandwiches

After a summer hiatus, ADYA Cooking Class Series resumes next month as Chef Shachi Mehra shares secrets on how to recreate her coveted Chai recipe at home along with season-inspired Indian Tea Sandwiches. The interactive cooking class will be held Saturday, September 21st at 11 a.m. on the Boxcar Patio at ADYA Anaheim.

There is nothing better than a relaxed afternoon enjoying high tea and delicious tea sandwiches… this culinary demo is $35 per guest and includes easy-to-follow recipes to take home with you, culinary secrets from Chef Shachi and of course, lunch served with wine, beer or chai. Class availability is limited.
