New Seasonal Theorem Menu!

Portola Coffee Roasters’ new Theorem menu offers a multi-sensory craft coffee experience that allows guests to attempt to taste colors. As all Theorem menus, this one features barista-driven coffee creations that focus on sustainable and seasonal ingredients, complex textures, and global flavors. Introducing the Synesthesia menu!

Synesthesia Menu:

RED
Flat Brown – espresso, red velvet ganache, beetroot powder, milk (served hot or cold)

PURPLE
Iced Latte – espresso, grape juice, lavender, milk (served cold)

GOLD
Gaspar – espresso, honey, turmeric, milk (served warm)

PINK
Cold Brew – beetroot powder, strawberry syrup, rose syrup, heavy cream, maldon sea salt (served cold)

GREEN
Matcha – fresh mint, milk (served warm)
