Campfire Sling

straight rye whiskey, maple syrup & chocolate bitters, served over block ice with scorched orange oil.

Ingredients:

2 oz     Rittenhouse Rye

1/4 oz Maple Syrup

3 dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters

            Orange twist – garnish

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small rocks glass.
  3. Lower a large cube in the drink and stir.
  5. Light a wooden toothpick using a votive candle.
  7. Express the oils from the orange twist through the flame in the direction of the cocktail.
  9. Place the twist in the drink zest side up.
