nventive s’mores-inspired beer cocktail

Ingredients:

1 oz     Bourbon

1 oz     Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

10 oz   La Colada Coffee Porter

            Chocolate – melted, for garnish

            Graham Cracker – for garnish

            Mallow Fluff – to taste

Directions:

1. Rim the glass with chocolate and graham crackers.
3. Build all liquid ingredients in the glass.
5. Top with a spoonful of mallow fluff.
7. Torch until toasted.
9. Enjoy!
