Apple Of My Eye
Apple of my Eye is a fall-flavored and spiced cocktail served with a housemade apple cider popsicle.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Lemon juice – fresh squeezed
1/2 oz House-made caramel syrup
1/4 oz 100% blue agave
2 dashes Black walnut bitters
1 oz Egg white
1oz Brown butter infused apple brandy
1/2 oz Spiced rum
Graham cracker crust – for garnish
House-made apple cider popsicle
Directions:
- Rim a fresh glass with the graham cracker crust.
- Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well and pour into the rimmed glass.
- Top with apple cider popsicle and enjoy.
