Get an inside look with this educational and fun expedition that takes you to some of San Diego’s top beer producers. From special brews and opportunities to meet with brewery staff, you will get the VIP treatment and learn ins and outs of the craft beer industry.
This expedition includes:
- White Labs: Yeast education class and tour of the White Labs facility. Sample similar beer styles brewed with different yeast strains to further explore the yeast profiles and flavor differences.
- Green Flash: Behind the scenes private tour and sampling of amazing hoppy and malty beers including rare special release selections.
- Gravity Heights: Beer and lunch will be served at Whisknladle Hospitality’s newest restaurant and first brewery, Gravity Heights. This restaurant has teamed with the original brewmaster of Alesmith Brewing, Skip Virgillo, to create brews to be sampled during your lunch.
- Transportation to each tour stop from original meeting point in Old Town, San Diego.
