Fuego’s Thanksgiving feast features a four-course, prix fixe specialty menu with all the holiday trimmings along with live entertainment at Hotel Maya on Thursday, November 28 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Fuego, the modern, Latin infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating inside and on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning open-air views include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and Queen Mary.

Executive Chef Victor Juarez’s Thanksgiving feast begins with Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with roasted candied pecans and serrano cream.
The second course is a selection of Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with roasted jalapeño remoulade, and watercress and watermelon radish; or Tri Color Beets, with pickled heirloom beets, honey cream feta, micro arugula, candied kumquat, pistachio pesto, and charcoal dust.
Fuego’s Thanksgiving Entrées are ordered from the server and include a choice of Cocoa Roasted Turkey with brioche mushroom dressing, sage gravy, yam potato purée, Blue Lake beans, and cranberry orange compote; Prime Rib with sweet garlic demi-glace, tri color fingerling potatoes and crispy purple cauliflower; Colorado Lamb Chop with mushroom crusted lamb, Dijon pepper sauce, Peruvian potato purée, and charred broccoli rabe; Chilean Sea Bass with brown butter seared sea bass, mashed acorn squash, braised apricot endives and chive oil; or Autumn Quinoa with caramelized persimmons, turnips, carrots, parsley, pomegranate seeds, dried cherries, orange peels and scallions.
Fuego’s Holiday Desserts include a selection of Pumpkin Mousse Cheesecake with kumquat marmalade and fresh blackberries; or Chocolate Trio with bitter sweet, milk and white chocolate, ganache icing and raspberry sauce.
Fuego’s Thanksgiving Feast costs $75.00 per adult and children 13 and older; $38.00 for children 12 and under; kids 5 and under feast for free; plus tax and gratuity.
