Entree options include the Delmonico New York Steak served with rosemary redskin smashed potato, brussel sprouts and a merlot veal demi glaze, the Atlantic Salmon & Scallop Roulade with orange scented rice pilaf, crispy brussel sprouts and champagne sauce or the Honey Glazed Ham with scallop potato, brussel sprouts, honey bourbon glaze. Dessert offers the choice of the Sweet Potato Pie or the Chocolate Yule Log Cake.
