Seabirds Kitchen at South Coast Plaza just opened. It started as a Food Truck then opened their first restaurant at The Lab in October of 2013. They are famous for their Beer Battered Avocado Tacos, Purple Taquitos, Grilled Cheese and their Holy Smokes Bowl. They have appeared on The Food Network and The Ellen Show. They only use locally sourced produce and organic ingredients. There are plant-based seasonal menus, gluten-free options, organic wines, craft beers, and vegan desserts.
