New to the world of fermentation? This class will be a great introduction to fermentation and traditional, handcrafted foods. They’ll pull out a large selection of products for sampling including fermented veggies, kombucha, yogurt, and bone broth! They’ll cover the following topics followed by a Q&A session:

– The purpose of Fermentation Farm
– What is fermentation?
– The difference between fermenting, pickling and culturing
– What foods you may already be eating that are fermented
– How to incorporate fermented foods and drinks into your diet
– Q&A
