HomeState is a self-proclaimed Texas kitchen operating in California. With locations already in Highland Park, Hollywood, and Playa Vista, the Old Towne Orange location will be the fourth of its kind, but the first in Orange County.
Construction is not yet underway, but once the permits clear, guests can expect the establishment to be open by August or September this year. The location was originally a feed and grain store built in 1905 and the new owners wish to keep the small-town feel of the store with plans to keep the corrugated metal rooftop and big patio that are perfect for the new HomeState.
