Leap Day Fun in Costa Mesa

There’s no better way to celebrate Leap Day than with good food, live music, premiere shopping, and fun workshops! Join SOCO and The OC Mix on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for an extra special event where guests can “*Learn, *Eat, and *Play for LEaP Day!”

The event is FREE to attend, and guests may register for any workshop for just $5 per person. Each session has a limited number of seats.

Several retailers + eateries will be giving exclusive discounts, ranging from buy one get one offers to percentages off entire purchases. All registered guests will receive a coupon sheet with a complete list of deals upon check-in.

While general admission to the event is free, only guests who RSVP in advance will have access to the complimentary food & drink sampling, including sweets from SusieCakes, and special offers. Upon arrival, guests will need to check-in at the entrance of The OC Mix to receive their ticket vouchers which will be used to redeem offers at participating businesses.

WORKSHOPS:
(10:30-11:30am) Create Your Own DIY Dried-Flower Bouquets by Bless Fine Florals (**MUST PURCHASE TICKET)
(12-1:00pm) Intro to Macramé Workshop led by Alyssa Alexander of @ama_designs (**MUST PURCHASE TICKET)
(1:30-2:30pm) Succulent Planting Workshop with Plant Bar OC (**MUST PURCHASE TICKET)

(11-2:00pm) Live Music performed by acoustic guitarist, Eric McEntee
(12-3:00pm) Penderyn Whiskey Tastings at The Mixing Glass
(1-3:00pm) Seasonal Kombucha Tastings at Rich Elixirs
