Farmer Boys has established a fund to help support their teams during this time.
Even for a large, locally respected chain like Farmer Boys, the impact of COVID-19 has caused them to reduce employee hours as a result of operational changes to carryout, phone orders, and drive-thru only. To help those affected during this time of need, Farmer Boys’ corporate has established a $200,000 Farmer Boys Hardship Fund to help financially support team members at corporate-owned locations during these uncertain times. Farmer Boys’ senior corporate executive team is contributing to the fund, and all restaurant support team members are invited to contribute at their discretion. This initiative was launched March 24th, with plans to begin providing grants to restaurant team members immediately.
