Music Unites Us All and JAX Bands Are Rising Up to Feed The Need!

731

We all have been and continue to be impacted by the recent major and historical events of 2020 and together with our community Campus JAX is doing whatever we can to help while we navigate our way through these unprecedented challenges. Last month JAX repurposed their venue in the am to allow for our daytime community service kitchen project to help feed the homeless, elderly caregivers, and frontline workers. The NEW project is called “JAX Feed The Need” and can be found on campusjax.com, Women’s Journey Foundation website, or GoFundMe.

In just our first few weeks, JAX has already had over 600 meals individually and collectively sponsored.  Inspired by the immediate outpouring of support,  JAX reached out to our top local bands and asked them if they wanted to help this worthy cause…they ALL said yes!!   Each performance will provide over 100 meals! Even More with ongoing donations for live streaming shows!! You will be able to enjoy the show online on Campus JAX FaceBook page!  Please donate if you can!

JAX is so grateful to the bands: After the Millennials, The REFLEXX, Tijuana Dogs, Pinch Me, Family Style, and The Springsteen Experience who are all donating their time and talents to help bring our community together and to help those most in need that don’t have a place to call home not go hungry too. There are only 50 seats available, there is no standing or admittance without purchase, all tables socially distanced, must have tickets to attend, will all sell out but will be streamed, 100% of tickets sales are donations that will be used solely to provide meals to local shelters Mary’s Kitchen, and WISEplace. Special event donation tickets are ONLY available online at CampusJAX.com  Entertainment page.  Due to our current limited seating requirements we will not be able to accommodate any additional walk ins, only Curbside Carry Out during event nights.

LET’S KEEP IT GOING OC!!

Please feel free to contact Jack directly via email [email protected] to find out how you can be a full sponsor! He has also partnered up with Women’s Journey Foundation a 501c3 to get you the full tax credits.
