Farmer Boys®, the award-winning burger chain and farm-fresh fast-casual concept, will expand its foothold in Orange County, CA with a new restaurant opening in Huntington Beach at 6962 Edinger Avenue. The restaurant is slated to open in mid-July and will host a Grand Opening celebration in late August. It will be the twelfth Farmer Boys location in Orange County.
The Huntington Beach restaurant will be operated by existing franchisee Dilip Bhavnani. Bhavnani has been in the restaurant industry as an owner and operator for nearly 30 years. He first joined Farmer Boys in 2003 when he opened his first franchised restaurant in Pomona, Calif., and the Huntington Beach location will be his second Farmer Boys.
Bhavnani said, “I’m proud to bring Farmer Boys to Huntington Beach, and I hope to continue growing with the brand by opening additional Farmer Boys restaurants in the future.”
“We are proud of our growing footprint in Orange County and are thrilled to add Huntington Beach as our newest Farmer Boys,” said Larry Rusinko, vice president, and chief marketing officer for Farmer Boys. “Dilip and his team are great partners, and we have the utmost confidence that they will give the Huntington Beach community the best first impression of our farm fresh, cooked-to-order menu, and exceptional service.”
For nearly 40 years, Farmer Boys has set the standard for serving high quality, farm-fresh food in a fast-casual setting. The menu consists of award-winning burgers, cooked-to-order breakfast served all day, hand-chopped salads, specialty sandwiches, and more, all prepared with quality ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. Produce is delivered fresh and whole to each restaurant every morning, meaning it doesn’t sit in a warehouse for weeks and can be enjoyed at its pinnacle of crispness and flavor. By going the extra mile for delicious, flavorful food, Farmer Boys’ guests can count on fresh, cooked-to-order meals every time they visit.
The new Huntington Beach location will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant will initially offer a drive-thru, phone, and take-out service; dine-in service will be offered as soon as Farmer Boys re-opens its dining rooms.
