Crab or Chicharrón Guacamole
Crab or Chicharrón Guacamole is a great light summer appetizer. And it’s easy to make!
Ingredients:
Guacamole Ingredients:
3 Avocado – fresh, ripe
1/2 Lime – juiced
Salt to taste
Pico de Gallo Ingredients:
1 Tomato – diced
1/2 Jalapeńo pepper – seeded and minced
1/4 C White Onion – finely chopped
1/2 bunch Cilantro – fresh, chopped
1/2 Lemon – juiced
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Guacamole Instructions:
- Place the avocados, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Roughly mash ingredients together.
- Ready to serve.
- Pico de Gallo Instructions:
- To make Pico de Gallo, stir the tomato, jalapeño pepper, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, and salt together in a bowl.
- Garnish the Guacamole with Pico de Gallo and Chicharrón or Crab Meat.
