This fall’s BBQ Bootcamp features three days of hands-on workshops with Executive Chef and recent “Beat Bobby Flay” winner Anthony Endy, alongside culinary personalities Paula Disbrowe, Valerie Gordon, Hugh Magnum, and Bob Oswaks
WHAT:
The Alisal Guest Ranch & Resort, a sprawling 10,500-acre luxury ranch in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, will host its bi-annual BBQ Bootcamp October 9-11, 2020. A stellar line-up of guest chefs will accompany The Alisal’s own, Executive Chef and Grillmaster Anthony Endy—who recently “beat” Bobby Flay—for a weekend of cookouts and comfort food galore.
Teaming up with Chef Endy for the weekend, The Alisal will welcome Chef Hugh Mangum of Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque, Chef and Writer Paula Disbrowe who recently authored the cookbook “Thank You for Smoking”, Chocolatier and Grilled Dessert Expert Valerie Gordon of Valerie’s Confections, as well as Baker Bob Oswaks of Bob’s Well Bread Bakery. The chefs will lead hands-on demonstrations and treat guests to some of their most famous culinary creations. Throughout the weekend the chefs will serve up grilled feasts and reveal their own tips and tricks for creating legendary BBQ and all the sides.
