This new recipe falls squarely in the Red IPA/Double Hoppy Red style with a deep red appearance from highly-kilned crystal and chocolate malts with a wonderful citrusy and red berry aroma from the large Simcoe, Citra and CTZ dry-hopping.
While change is often scary, LBBC says bring on the new!
