The Gastro Garage, LA’s fiery catering crew, is returning to Hollywood starting Oct 16th for an all-new culinary pop-up experience — Torched, on the rooftop of the W Hollywood. The” Gastro Mechanics” will be lighting up the sky with a one-of-a-kind, 8-night, blowtorch-powered evening featuring an 8-course progressive-style dining experience with stunning views of the city.
The dinner series, appropriately called TORCHED, will take place Friday and Saturday nights, Oct. 16 & 17, 23 & 24, Nov. 6 & 7, 13 & 14, with three seatings per night at 6:30, 8:00 & 9:30pm. Tickets are $100 per person and available at Eventbrite. Limited tickets available so reservations are mandatory.
