Knife Pleat, located at South Coast Plaza, has it’s exclusive Friday night menu tasting on October 23rd. They will present a menu created by Chef Tony Esnault. Enjoy all the flavors of seasonal produce as they prepare a six-course dinner with wine pairing.

butternut squash, “jus de la presse”

cold brew ice cream
Seating is limited and the price per guest is $175 (does not include wine pairings, tax, and service charges). Wine pairings are $90 per guest.
