SIR BRUNO SERATO’S ANNUAL FUNDRAISER TO FEED & HOUSE UNDERPRIVILEGED GETS COVID-RELATED MAKE-OVER
(“A Night Under the Stars” Can Be Attended In-Person, At-Home Or On Night Of Guests’ Choosing)
Faced with a dilemma posed by COVID-19, Sir Bruno Serato, founder of the nonprofit named after his mother, Caterina’s Club, has announced details for this year’s most important fundraiser. Guests will have four options when they purchase a table to “A Night Under The Stars” on Sunday, November 1: they can attend the gala in-person at Anaheim White House where guests will be seated according to the CDC’s social distancing recommendations; redeem the ticket for a multi-course dinner to be used anytime through 2021; opt for the dinners “to-go”; or donate the dinners to families who are beneficiaries of Caterina’s Club Welcome Home program.
Table sponsorships of $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $25,000 and $50,000 and over help subsidize Caterina’s Club’s Feeding the Kids and Welcome Home programs.
The four-course gourmet dinner served with wines starts with Bresaola (thin-sliced Italian cured beef drizzled with olive oil and lemon); penne pasta in a chive pesto sauce; sliced beef tenderloin with truffle sauce served alongside white fish; and Chef Eddie Meza’s famous mango opera cake.
