National Happy Hour Day is on Tuesday, Nov. 12!
The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar (Rancho Santa Margarita & Yorba Linda), known for its Chef-driven, New-American cuisine, pulls no stops when it comes to Happy Hour delicacies! All week long from 4-6 pm, guests can enjoy rotating crafts beers, well spirits + mixers, and $9 specialty cocktails.
At the Rancho Santa Margarita location, wine by the glass is $5– perfect for pairing with Happy Hour snacks that include Edamame with Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Beef Tartare with Smoked Crema and Lavender Crackers, and Hand Cut Fries with Garlic Aioli and Ketchup.
The Yorba Linda location also serves up delicious small plates including Japanese-style Chicken Karaage with Wasabi Aioli and Tamarind Chipotle-Glazed Pork Riblets, to be enjoyed alongside $6 wines by the glass and $7 cocktails on tap.
