Torched – Lighting Up the Rooftop

The Gastro Garage has extended the dates for their extremely popular dinner series called “Torched” event at the W. Hollywood. It is a visually stimulating, rooftop culinary experience running on Fridays and Saturdays through December 12.

The “Gastro Mechanics” light up the sky with their one-of-a-kind, blowtorch-powered dining pop-up featuring an 8-course progressive-style dinner with stunning views of the city.  Guests are greeted by “Gastro Mechanics,” clad in welding masks that guide them through the process, all while wielding giant blow torches with flames flying high to create their savory donut sliders “gastro tanks,” skewers, and sides.

The extended dates and times of the dinner series are Friday and Saturday nights, Nov. 20, 21, and 28 and Dec. 4, 5, 11, and 12, with seatings at 7:30 and 8:45 pm. Tickets are $100 per person available at Eventbrite.
