Laguna Beach’s historic hotel, La Casa del Camino, is offering a tasting for two this Valentine’s Day at its Comedor restaurant. Comedor will offer a 5-Course Dinner for guests looking to spend the evening with someone special over coastal cuisine. The menu includes:

Amuse Sampler (oyster with apple mignonette and basil gelee), (ahi tuna sashimi, avocado, wakame, yuzu-white soy, and cilantro), (kaluga royal caviar, buckwheat blini, lemon crème fraiche, and chives)

First Course: Red Endive ( radicchio, red apples, roasted red beats, drunken goat cheese, and red wine gastrique)

Second Course: Three Cheese Raviolini (truffle cream, pecorino, and chives)

Entrees: Option of Lobster Gnocchi (rock crab, lemon butter sauce, meyer lemon zest, and basil) OR Dry Aged Colorado Lamb Loin (au gratin potatoes, asparagus, and truffle bordelaise)

Chocolate Tart (raspberry gelee, raspberry sauce, and chambord meringle)
